I offer a free 20 minute phone or video meeting prior to scheduling a first session.
Rates are:
$175 per 55 minute session for individual therapy
$200 per 55 minute session for relationship therapy
$275 per 75 minutes session for relationship therapy
My fees are due at the time of our session and are payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card.
I do not accept insurance for relationship counseling unless your insurance plan specifically covers it. Unfortunately, most do not. I am in-network with First Choice (includes some Kaiser PPO plans). If I am not in-network with your insurance I can provide a receipt for reimbursement from your insurance company as an out-of-network provider.
You can check on your insurance company’s out-of-network provider terms by asking the following questions:
Does my policy have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is prior-authorization required before I can be reimbursed?
