About Me

I have worked in the mental health field since 2012, providing support services, case management, group and individual therapy. I received my M.A. in Existential Phenomenological Psychology in 2016 from Seattle University. I have a B.A. in Gender Studies and Human Geography from the University of Washington. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington: LH60956297.

I am involved in ongoing training in Somatic Transformation with Sharon Stanley and Gestalt Therapy with the Gestalt Associates of Los Angeles. I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Somatic Transformation, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have also been practicing yoga and meditation for 15 years and have received training in trauma-informed yoga. I am an adjunct professor in the psychology department at Seattle University.

My clinical interests reside in the intersection between neuroscience, psychology, and anti-oppression work.
